Who are we?

Thomas Estates are a local family business completely independent from any financial or corporate company. We are able to provide a personal service without any restrictions from corporate managers and shareholders. We are not restricted by boundaries, red tape and can cater for individual needs. We listen to what our customers have to say and have provided a high standard of service for many years.


Ombudsman for Estate Agents

We are members of the Property Ombudsman and subscribe to the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice for Estate Agents.


Thinking of Renting?

We provide landlords wishing to rent a free no obligation market appraisal of properties. We will be delighted to arrange a convenient time to visit you to offer practical and professional marketing advice. We will give you our opinion of the market and where you stand. We always recommend a marketing valuation based on facts, as required by the Ombudsman for Estates Agents Code of Practice. Sometimes we tell people what they don’t want to hear, but isn’t it best to be honest?

EPC Survey Required? 

We are able to provide an in house domestic Energy Performance Certificates for any seller or landlord. We can also arrange specialist damp and timber survey reports, roofing reports, legionella risk assessment, electrical reports, plumbing reports and gas installation reports. An essential service when they are required in compliance with new legislation and Rent Smart Wales mandatory initiative.


Landlord Services

If you are a private landlord and supervise your own tenants, we do provide a referencing and marketing service for tenants at a competitive fee.
